About Maison Nico

A narrow French epicerie on Montgomery Street where the pate en croute arrives in fluted bronze pastry and the laminated brioche feuilletee takes three days to make. The croissant won best in the Bay Area in 2023 — flaky with a proper honeycomb interior that holds its shape. Come in the morning for pastries, or pick up prepared charcuterie and tarts to eat somewhere with a view.
