The Guerrero family has been small-batch roasting in the Haight since the late eighties, founder Aquiles a commercial roaster by eighteen after growing up on a coffee farm in Nicaragua — and the shop reflects that lineage without apology. The house Flyblend espresso is the consistent anchor, single-origin pour-overs rotate with what's in season, and the whole thing sits at the edge of Golden Gate Park where the morning patio moves at its own pace.
