A Greek taverna in Reseda with the full classic menu done well: gyro carved off a rotating spit, lamb kleftiko slow-roasted overnight with garlic and tomatoes, moussaka layered with bechamel. The avgolemono soup has a separate following, sold by the quart to regulars who bring it home.
