DTLA, Los Angeles ยท bar
A basement bar in the NCT Building, open nightly until 2am with weekend afternoons thrown in for good measure. Casual American food, a full bar, and the kind of subterranean setting that makes it easy to lose track of the hour.
Happy hour runs Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
