A gilded old movie palace reborn as a concert hall, sitting right on the edge of DUMBO like it’s been waiting a century for a comeback tour. The scale is grand but not cold. Balconies curve dramatically, sightlines behave, and the sound actually carries instead of swallowing you whole. It draws a crowd that’s there for the show, not just the proof, which makes even a weeknight set feel intentional.
