Boat Bar feels frozen in the best way—regulars planted on the same stools for decades, barely shifting as the night cycles around them. Cheap drinks, a worn pool table, and lighting that hasn’t improved since the ‘50s give it that time-warp feel where nothing’s trying to impress you. It’s loose, a little scrappy, and more fun the later it gets.
