A subterranean spa that looks like it was designed by a Bond villain after two weeks at Esalen. Cold plunges, steam rooms, saunas, massages, and an open-air rooftop for whispery decompression. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch the Aufguss ritual: a blacklight-lit sauna ceremony involving aromatherapy, towel-fanning, and the sudden realization that maybe wellness is for you. As long as it glows. The crowd is a mix of hot people, hungover people, and hot hungover people trying to reboot their nervous systems. Pricey, but so is therapy. And this one comes with mood lighting.
