Italo disco, red lighting, and vintage Campari energy pack the room with Bottega loafer crowd ordering amaro-laced cocktails. The Greenhouse Martini mixes tomato water with gin, and the Prima Donna pairs raspberry balsamic with Amaro dell'Etna. It's hard to order something boring here.
