A 20th-floor rooftop bar atop the Westin Austin Downtown, with a pool and the city skyline below from every seat. The Roof Is On Fire is the house signature, alongside seasonal frozen cocktails that keep the daytime crowd reluctant to leave. After dark, DJs take over and the room shifts toward lounge.
