Vocal jazz singer Judy Wexler performs with her trio (Jeff Colella on keys, Ken Wild on bass, Kendall Kay on drums) at Club 1881. $10 cash cover with a two-drink minimum.
A dark little jazz den where the drinks are stiff, the crowd’s mixed, and the music hits like a slow pour. Wednesdays mean world jazz, weekends bring vocals or samba, and there’s always a $10 cover keeping things just exclusive enough. Come solo, leave buzzing.
