Lyricist Lounge co-founders Danny Castro and Ant Marshall take over Trivmatic at BierWax with trivia about the label's 35-year history. DJ set from BX Danny opens at 7pm before trivia kicks off at 8pm, with cash prizes for the winning team.
A vinyl-soaked beer bar where the bartenders pull rare craft pours with one hand and flip jazz, funk, or golden-era hip-hop on the turntables with the other. It’s dim, cozy, and packed with people who take their music seriously but not themselves. Basically the living room you wish you had, if your living room had a world-class record collection and no neighbors to complain about the bass.
