London bar Tayēr teams up with Double Chicken Please for a multi-day takeover from Nov 3-8, presented by Resy with House of Suntory and Laphroaig. Alex Kratena brings the collaboration to 115 Allen St.
A bar that treats cocktails like a science experiment and chicken sandwiches like fine dining. The front is all casual fun. Beer, highballs, fried chicken. The back is where things get wild, with drinks inspired by food (French toast, cold pizza) that somehow just work. It’s playful, precise, and just the right amount of unhinged.
