Surf rock band Surf Monster plays Pagan Idol with Pagan Idol on Sept 10, bringing tiki tunes and reverb-heavy surf sound to the tiki bar.
Walk through the entrance and you're inside the belly of a wooden ship; keep going and the back room opens into a tropical island with a starry ceiling and a volcano that erupts behind the bar. The cocktail menu runs deep. Modern tiki originals like the Zombie and Hand Shaken Colada alongside a rum list that borders on unreasonable, all inside the space that once housed SF's legendary Tiki Bob's.
