Delvis Savigne leads a beginner salsa lesson from 6 to 7pm, followed by open dancing with DJ Waltdigz and DJ Leydis spinning Latin rhythms on the rooftop. Latin bites and signature cocktails round out the Hispanic Heritage Month celebration with skyline views.

The GUAYABA (tequila, guava, rose, vanilla) leads a tropical cocktail list, and the New American small plates (fried chicken included) are built for lingering.
