Wine class examining the wines featured in the historic 1976 Judgement of Paris tasting. Includes multiple pours.
Sixty-five seats, all at bars and counters, inside a darkly polished bottle-lined room that feels subterranean even in summer. The wine list reads like a slightly unhinged manifesto (equal parts serious Burgundy and inside jokes) while the room stays loose and loud. Order one of the 30 Rieslings, trust the staff to steer, and lean into the chaos with a charcuterie to split.
