Thursday, October 8, 2026, 11:00 PM - 2:00 AM · Vintage Bookstore and Wine Bar, East Austin, Austin
Vintage Bookstore and Wine Bar celebrates the Focus Features release of Sense and Sensibility with a free mini-bouquet bar from Austin Cart Co. and a complimentary wine glass for the first 25 visitors. The night also includes photo opportunities, advance screening ticket giveaways, and a Jane Austen-themed trivia round.
Books and wine share a late-1800s corner building filled with tall ceilings, colorful shelves, themed rooms, and vintage furniture you can actually buy if you get attached to it. The wine list always sneaks in thoughtful Texas Hill Country bottles alongside the usual imports, while book clubs, events, and a deeply neighborhood crowd make the whole place feel more like someone’s exceptionally well-stocked living room than a bar.
