SalSOL returns to Arcana with a beginner salsa class taught by Miguel Zagal followed by an all-vinyl DJ social dance featuring Chulita Vinyl Club. Sunday's lineup runs beginner class 4-5pm and social dancing 5-9pm with vinyl sets from Sanlo, Musica del Barrio, Earth Angel and Malcriada.
A converted shoe store on Mission Street with 20-foot ceilings, original 1920s wood joists, and kokedamas hanging from steel scaffolding, the room earns its "Greenhouse" nickname before the first plate hits the table.
