Rose Paradise closes out its summer residency at Sunny's with a free country music tribute set honoring Dolly Parton, Emmylou Harris, and Linda Ronstadt. Doors open at 8pm with no cover.
A Red Hook saloon operating in one form or another since the 1890s, with knickknacks covering every surface and live bluegrass, folk, and blues most weekends. The Conover Street address puts it deep into the neighborhood. Far enough from the subway that the crowd arrives on purpose.
