Of Mice and Matcha brings its rat-themed pop-up to La Sabina Wine Bar for RATfest on September 25th. The traveling vendor sets up shop from 6pm to 10pm as part of a multi-stop September schedule across LA markets.
Tucked into downtown Culver, La Sabina feels like the kind of place you “discover” and then immediately gatekeep. The room glows warm and low, bottles line the walls, and the energy leans date-night-with-edge. Natural wines flowing, small plates landing, someone at the bar passionately explaining skin contact to their mildly overwhelmed friend.
