Vinyl DJs Chris Bully and Gillian Wu spin punk, new wave, and rock 'n' roll at Evangeline Swamp Room on Saturday. The party is free with no cover, and costumes are encouraged.
A Cajun dive that trades polish for personality. Think zydeco on the speakers, Christmas lights that never came down, and a room that gets louder by pure momentum. The drinks skew generous, the dance floor appears when it feels like it, and by the time you notice, you’re part of whatever’s going on. It’s messy, fun, and very much the point.
