OysterFest runs a full week at Fraunces Tavern starting September 10, serving oysters baked, fried and raw alongside Wolf Hound Oyster Stout. Live music and food and drink specials run daily through September 17.
NYC's oldest bar, inside a 1719 building at the tip of Lower Manhattan, with four distinct spaces from the craft-beer focused Independence Bar to the Dingle Whiskey Bar to a piano bar upstairs. The Presidential Punch (Fort Hamilton Double Barrel Rye, Goslings Rum, Angostura, organic peach iced tea) is the obvious first order.
