Saturday, September 26, 2026, 12:00 AM - 3:00 AM · Banger's Sausage House & Beer Garden, Rainey Street, Austin
Banger's three-day Oktoberfest runs September 25-27 with a stein hoisting competition, cold beer, live music, and food. Prizes go to both winners and losers of the strength contest.
One of Austin’s biggest patios and more than 200 beers on draft tells you immediately this place is operating at a different scale. House-made sausages run from duck-and-fig to beer-cheddar, backed by giant pretzels, poutine, and fried pickle spears made with their own pickles. Weekend brunch escalates things further with whole smoked hogs and the Manmosa, a full bottle of champagne with just enough orange juice to legally call it brunch.
House pickles breaded and fried, served with ranch dressing.
Garlic-chili brined hog slow roasted over live fire coals, served with pickled vegetables
Oversized soft pretzel with mustard dipping sauce, best with the beers
Build-your-own plate from house-made sausages, bratwurst to wild boar
Deep-fried cheese curds, crispy outside and gooey inside
