Monday, November 2, 2026, 12:00 AM - 3:00 AM · Public Records, Gowanus + Red Hook, New York City
Public Records' November 2026 lineup runs Nov. 1 to 31 at 223 Butler Street, featuring Bhangra Liberation Orchestra, Mousse T., and Matana Roberts & Lesely Mok.
If you treat Public Records like just a bar, you’re missing the point. It’s a whole mini-campus built for sound. Start upstairs with a drink in near-silence, then drift into the Sound Room where the system is so dialed it feels physical. Plant-based cocktails, a courtyard to reset, and DJs who actually care. Come for one thing, end up three rooms deep at 2am.
Pickled cucumber, Asian pear, shiso, yuzu, togarashi salad.
Oyster mushrooms on masa with fermented cashew crema and radish.
Korean-spiced fried Gochujang Buffalo Oyster mushrooms with coriander aioli and sesame.
