Justine's hosts a Labor Day weekend night market with DJ Sonder on music and tarot readings by Solaris. A dozen vintage and vendor pop-ups join in alongside oysters, French 75s, and steak frites.
The escargot comes rich with butter, the steak tartare glistens properly, and the whole menu feels lifted from a real Paris brasserie. Just one with a sprawling patio of cabanas and chandeliers filled with people dressed for golden hour. Inside, worn wood floors and warm lighting frame a record library the bartenders actually pull from during service. The kitchen serves the full menu until midnight, which in Austin is rarer and more valuable than it should be.
