Chef Mark Nobello launches a new fall tasting menu at Boro Brine on September 29, marking the restaurant's one year anniversary and Filipino American History Month. The menu includes a standout duck breast dish alongside craft cocktails.
Up front it is a neighborhood seafood bar with a menu that ranges from filet-o-fish-style skate to lobster pot pie; slide through the back and you hit a twenty-two-seat tasting counter where the chef gets experimental. The cocktails lean citrus-forward, the wine list chases minerality, and the whole room still sounds incredible.
