The signature drink is Grandma Murray’s Rob Roy, a cocktail named after someone’s grandmother and delivered with the kind of specificity that defines the whole place. Prime rib, oysters Rockefeller, beef tartare, and fish and chips all show up on the menu and all arrive executed with surprising confidence.
