Tonga Hut's 13th annual Halloween parking lot sale features a dog costume parade, live performance by Dark Entities, an art show, vendors, and a limited-edition Eekum Bookum mug release. Doggie Mutt Strut runs in two time slots at 2pm and 4pm, with DJ Cerina Siren and Durango's Tacos rounding out the day.
