The wine list runs deep into natural and traditional Spanish producers (served by the short chato glass or by the bottle) alongside boquerones, pintxos, and tapas that arrive precisely enough to make a glass last longer than planned. Sunday afternoons bring a live radio show that keeps the room going well past where most neighborhood bars call it a night.
