A small bistro where the four-course prix fixe ($84) rewrites itself every week. Not by season, but by whatever local farmers are actually bringing in right now. The cooking is grounded in French technique with a Japanese sensibility, landing quieter and more precise than you would expect, and the natural wine list runs deep enough to make the whole table linger.
