Think Tex-Mex riffs (puffy tacos, queso, wings) greasy in the best way, paired with cocktails that lean cheeky (see: Disco Inferno’s mezcal-and-chili salt flourish). The vibe shifts with the night: pool balls thud, karaoke’s off-key bravery, DJ grooves or surprise movie nights crowd in when you least expect it.
