Hidden on the second floor of the Manner Hotel, this jewel-toned cocktail bar feels like drinking inside an antique gilded lacquer box. Deep reds, rich greens, gold leaf behind the bar, patterned rugs underfoot, and jazz drifting through the room. The drinks are polished and photogenic without sacrificing strength, and the room hums with that distinctly downtown energy.
