Bar Chucho joins Mill's third-annual Make Food Not Waste Restaurant Week from September 28 to October 4 with a special no-waste hamburguesa. The burger uses a garum made from dry-aged beef scraps and a bone marrow mayo to showcase overlooked ingredients.
