Justine's extends kitchen hours through 1am and dessert service to 1:30am on ACL weekends, October 2-4 and 9-11. Late-night menu includes escargot and French 75 cocktails for the post-show crowd.
The escargot comes rich with butter, the steak tartare glistens properly, and the whole menu feels lifted from a real Paris brasserie. Just one with a sprawling patio of cabanas and chandeliers filled with people dressed for golden hour. Inside, worn wood floors and warm lighting frame a record library the bartenders actually pull from during service. The kitchen serves the full menu until midnight, which in Austin is rarer and more valuable than it should be.
