A neighborhood bar where the cocktails lean sharp and inventive (think butter tequila ranch water or a “fish and chips” martini with nori and olive oil) but the food is what locks people in for another round. The Irish Chinese spice bag, all waffle fries, five-spice chicken tenders, and fermented chili relish, pulls off a cross-continental bar snack that shouldn’t work but does.
