Regular Ol' Bread runs a traveling Klobasnek Roundup pop-up at Figure 8 with Czexan-style sausages wrapped in brioche. The menu includes The Lefty, Everything Bagel, Ol' Timer and Boy With Apple.
Counter service and in-house roasted coffee where the pour-overs come from 8th Wave, the roastery side of the operation. The space runs lean and focused: rotating single-origins, solid espresso, a short pastry case, seven days a week from 7am.
