Kiuchi Brewery takes over Kissa Kissa with red rice ale, sake flights, and umeshu cocktails, and importer Mike Dolan is on hand to guide the pours. All-Japanese jazz plays on vinyl all night, and the event is free with no cover.
The first traditional jazz kissa outside of Japan, with over 5,000 vinyl LPs from the 1950s through '70s spinning on a custom-engineered sound system. A nostalgic flipboard announces each record so you never have to interrupt the vibe. Just settle in with an East Asian-inflected cocktail built on pandan, yuzu, or shiso, and let the complimentary bowl of house-spiced popcorn appear like clockwork.
Complimentary welcome snack: popcorn seasoned with furikake, sesame, citric salt, and truffle oil.
