Poolside patio, palm trees, and blue umbrellas set a full 1970s Palm Springs mood that feels like it was dropped into the middle of Austin and left there. Frozen cocktails rotate with the seasons, a pop-up kitchen hosts occasional supper clubs, and the infamous Burt Reynolds photo in the bathroom tends to do its own conversational heavy lifting.
Texas patio staple: blanco tequila, fresh lime, Topo Chico
Classic tropical frozen cocktail, Palm Springs poolside staple
Rare limited-release bourbon — the bar stocks it, which says something about the whiskey program.
The bars signature cocktail — exact recipe is kept close, but its a poolside classic by now.
