Ornithology Jazz Club screens Blow-Up (1966), scored by Herbie Hancock, with doors at 6pm followed by four jazz sets and two jam sessions built around the film. A portion of ticket proceeds benefits the Gotham Yardbird Sanctuary.
A jazz performance space built around a Bechstein grand piano. Two listening rooms run simultaneously on most nights, live music starts at 6pm, and the sets regularly go past the posted hours. Cover charge applies, cocktails are solid, and the room keeps you close to the music.
