thu, 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM · The Venice Whaler, Marina + Playa, Los Angeles
Karaoke every Thursday starting at 8pm. On the beach in Venice. 21+.
A sun-faded Venice institution where the drinks are cold, the music’s loud, and the boardwalk chaos is basically part of the décor. Downstairs leans divey and dancey; upstairs, the ocean-view deck turns into a golden-hour free-for-all once the DJs start. It’s equal parts beach bar, tourist magnet, and locals-who-stayed-too-long hangout. If you’re looking for subtlety, keep walking.
