Pianist Johnny O'Neal marks his birthday with a 10:30 PM set on Friday and Saturday, following an Eric Reed Quartet performance at 7 and 9 PM.
A basement jazz club built for close listening, with a stage just a few feet from the front row and sets that push past 3am. One-drink minimum, and the nonprofit behind it archives every performance online, paying royalties directly to the musicians.
