Friday, October 23, 2026, 2:00 AM - 5:00 AM · La Sabina Wine Bar, Culver City, Los Angeles
Keyboard and saxophone duo Hai C Collective plays instrumental jazz classics, covers, and originals from 7 to 10pm. No tickets or RSVP needed.
Tucked into downtown Culver, La Sabina feels like the kind of place you “discover” and then immediately gatekeep. The room glows warm and low, bottles line the walls, and the energy leans date-night-with-edge. Natural wines flowing, small plates landing, someone at the bar passionately explaining skin contact to their mildly overwhelmed friend. It’s intimate without being precious, buzzy without being chaotic, and exactly where you end up when one glass quietly turns into three.
