El Rio hosts an Election Night watch party where guests who bring a voting stub get a free drink while results come in. The party starts at 7pm on Tuesday, November 3, with doors open at 5pm.
A queer community bar on Mission Street with a giant back patio that runs from punk shows on Friday nights to salsa orchestras and drag on the weekends. Free oysters land on the deck every Friday at 5:30pm, and the house margaritas (Espolon tequila or El Silencio mezcal, both squeezed fresh) are the other reason to show up early.
