A boutique caviar counter inside the Ferry Building, where the farm raises the sturgeon and serves the roe in the same supply chain. The Traveler flight (Osetra alongside Baerii) arrives with house-smoked fish small plates and a glass of something cold and sparkling. Counter seating, Bay views, 20 minutes is enough.
