Strip-mall on Main doesn’t give much away, but inside Jame Enoteca you’re getting hand-rolled pastas and things like beef cheek scarpinocc with aged balsamic that feel way more considered than the setting suggests. The neon-lit pasta case up front and those wavy light fixtures tip you off early. This isn’t a red-sauce spot, it’s a California-Italian room that just happens to live in El Segundo.
