On the top floor of the Ritz-Carlton NoMad, Nubeluz offers 270-degree views of the Manhattan skyline alongside cocktails built on Spanish and Latin technique. The Melon Cloud (tequila, chai, Provençal melon, lemon) drinks aromatic and light; the Baccano! (mezcal, reposado, yuzu, matcha) goes smoky and complex. Cocktail-appropriate dress code, the room enforces it.
