The Mermaid and Sweet Siren host a Halloween costume contest for sea and swamp costumes, with prizes and themed cocktails. DJ Pockets Macabre spins spooky siren music all night.
A nautical-themed dive in Little Tokyo where the cocktails lean tropical and karaoke nights have a way of extending your evening by several hours. The outdoor beer garden in front draws a good cross-section of DTLA. One of the friendlier dive setups in the neighborhood.
