Tattoo artist Bleu Ink hosts a flash fundraising event at Cheer Up Charlies with small quickie tattoos priced $100-$120, donating 30% of profits to Ranisha's fundraiser. Live local music accompanies the tattoo session from 5-10pm, with tattooing potentially running later.
