Lisa Eaton's immersive performance workshop Forbidden comes to Harvelle's with live shows September 3 at 8pm and September 5 at 2pm.
A moody, red-lit time capsule that’s been slinging blues, burlesque, and late-night soul since 1931. Tucked beneath street level, Harvelle’s delivers dive-bar intimacy with serious music cred. Think torch singers, funk bands, and the occasional sax-backed striptease. It’s small, sweaty, and still somehow under the radar. Two-drink minimum, cash at the door, and no bad seats.
