EddieAngel performs alternative soul and R&B in the courtyard during First Thursdays on South Congress. Lounge specials run all day, including $8 Negronis, $6 Ranch Waters, and half-off second snacks.
The courtyard at Hotel San José has survived every version of South Congress by staying exactly what it is: a lush garden hideaway behind bamboo with intimate live music and tables that encourage lingering. Order the michelada, add a cheese board, and people-watch the afternoon into night.
