Fifth Taste hosts its official Sake Day pre-party at Millay with a lineup of sake pours ahead of the big day. Ticketed event running from 5 to 8pm.
A small wine and sake room on 14th Street run by Angel, who greets most visitors by name and usually has a small dog somewhere behind the bar. The list rotates around seasonal Japanese releases (hiyaoroshi drops, obscure junmai) alongside small-producer bottles, and Club Millay membership keeps regulars close to the new arrivals before they're gone.
